• Application taken over the phone or in person.

  • Required documents received and Firestone will issue you a pre-approval.

  • If loan is for a home purchase then we will obtain a copy of the sales contract.

  • Firestone will issue you a good faith estimate along with other disclosures for you to approve.

  • Once you give us the Green Light we will proceed ahead and order appraisal and title.

  • During this time we will make sure we have everything from you and discuss locking the interest rate on your loan.

  • Appraisal and title received and Firestone will verify that both of these are satisfactory.

  • Complete the process and schedule a closing date for you.

  • Closing date is set and you are the new homeowner or refinance is completed at the title company.

 

The Required Documents:

  • Picture ID.

  • Copy of signed Social Security Card.

  • 2 Recent Pay Stubs.

  • Last 2 year's W-2's.

  • (If Self-Employed) Last 2 year's Complete Tax Returns.

  • Most Recent Bank Statement on Checking and Savings Accounts.

  • For Refinancing: All of the above documents are needed plus:
    Copy of Mortgage Statements on Loans to be paid off.
    Copy of Homeowner's Policy.
